Per online complaint "erty is a rental - severely overgrown in back portion (orchard) and vermin/wild cats are present. Grass few feet tall - old trees splitting. Foliage growing OVER garage - yard is a total dump. Unsanitary and not safe - high drug/crime neighborhood. Owner does little as possible - doesn't care." I called complainant and per our phone conversation you may walk onto complainants property to view the vegetation overgrowth and junk he said there are wood panels also. I advised
