Tenant wants to break lease, owner is willing to do that. But, tenants boyfriend was added on the list and since then the main tenant has DV charges and a restraining order against the boyfriend/tenant. How does Owner go about terminating lease for boyfriend with out his signature? She's not sure of his whereabouts, he's not allowed near tenant/property
