Per 1/8/13 online complaint: "Neighbors property (address above) recently added an overhang which abuts our property line. Structure does not seem to be in compliance with current zoning codes based on our research. We have concerns about rain water run off and if gutters are added structure will cross our property line."no permits...is it visible that they've added overhang?***Added roof overhang in required east side yard without a permit and inspections (LR1 zone)***
