918 75th Street's front porch was removed and replaced approximately 3 weeks ago (the removed porch had safety rails and fencing to ensure the safety). Landlord still has yet to have his contractor install fencing around the porch which sits approximately 5 feet of the ground, thereby causing a safety hazard for the tenants. This is also violates the RRIO Checklist obligations of the landlord. Happy to share photos upon request.
