There is a tow yard behind our home BIG D's towing. We put up with middle of the night towing noises (cars offloading etc) constantly. But lately they are using impact drivers and other loud machinery well past 7pm. We cannot sleep. I have a newborn baby and a toddler. They are aggressive when we try to approach them and kindly ask for noise control after 7pm.
