Neighbors have just installed a concrete wall in their driveway that will prevent a car from parking fully on the lot. There is also a vertical edge on the front of the driveway that may prevent it from being usable at all.

Flooding in basement. Installed sump pump, 1 sump pump is not enough still has flooding. Mgr knows about it has not fixed. Roof is in need of repair, ceiling leaks in bathroom. Fuses keep blowing, overhang on back porch is sagging and floods with water, may collapse.
