@Brooke BelmanOn March 2025 SDCI agent Mario Scrubbs sited Cornell & Associates, Inc. for black mold violation. MOLD REMEDIATION was supposed to be completed. *Failure to do so has resulted in major health issues for my child & me. I have numerous doctors to verify (medical doctor, pulmonologist, allergist, & ER doctors).I am requesting SDCI to re-open an investigation to ensure MOLD REMEDIATION will be completed.INSPECTOR: Two inspectors are needed for this inspection
