Per online complaint: "Tree limbs at NW corner of the property extend across the sidewalk less than 8 feet clear, and across SW Barton street less than 18 feet clear, and obscure the street light. The hedge at this location is blocking the sidewalk and the fence is 2 feet inside the right of way."

Operating landscaping business in residential zone. 5-7 people work for the home occupation. 1 truck, 2 vans, 1 car (all 4 vehicles have company logos on them) operate in conjunction with the occupation. The vehicles are usually gone from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Materials, tools, fertilizers, pots, etc are stored within a large temporary structure (pavillion style) that covers an area from the garage to the street.
