Accumulation of garbage, landscape debris, and construction debris. Now homeless have been dumping here, and there's litter spread throughout. The back shed is also open now too and homeless are going back there. This seemed to have started as a house flip, which is now been left abandoned for the past 2.5 months

New fence being built is obstructing the view of traffic. The house is on the corner of a busy intersection, with the new fence a driver can't see around the fence and must pull into the intersection to get visibility. The fence is fully boarded an so driver's are unable to see through it. I believe that it doesn't meet code of being set back on the property and is impairing visibility for drivers and pedestrians.

To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to request a code compliance review of a fence located at a corner lot intersection in Seattle (31st Ave SW and Barton Ave SW)The fence in question is approximately 6 feet high, is constructed directly on the property line adjacent to the public sidewalk, and is located at an intersection corner.
