New fence construction on corner lot impedes visibility for pedestrian, bike, electric scooter, and cars. The fence goes right up to the sidewalk and is about 6ft tall. This is on a corner lot on 31st and Barton which is a very busy street. The house appears to be mid-remodel and now would be a good time to address the issue before it lists for sale.

Accumulation of garbage, landscape debris, and construction debris. Now homeless have been dumping here, and there's litter spread throughout. The back shed is also open now too and homeless are going back there. This seemed to have started as a house flip, which is now been left abandoned for the past 2.5 months
