Per Online; Hello I have been renting this apartment/home since November 18th 2020. That is run by Jevons property management. I have been having maintenance issues since moving in. I don't believe the property was properly inspected before I moved in. When I moved in I didn't have electricity in half my place for 3 days, the hot water heater that was in the unit was 36 years old.
