Tree fell in front yard almost fell on tenants. Owner not taking care of it, it's been 2wks. Very dangerous tenants can't go in the front yard. When the tree fell it split in two there is termite damage other part of tree is still standing. Landlord has been ignoring tenants calls. Also filed a POTA complaint record 000349-23 nothing has happened, no word from anyone.
