per CSB complaint: Permit for closed sidewalk. On 11/15/17, the customer explained the situation over the telephone. The customer explained that she thinks the crew might be doing questionable things on the construction site. She doesn't know if they have required permits to shut the sidewalk down. The customer also mentioned that a gas can has been left out near the porta potty on the property and it seems like the site isn't safe. She would like someone to inspect the construction site to see
