Occupant is a hoarder and several neighbors have concerns about sanitary conditions. Junk storage throughout front and backyard, some of which includes antifreeze, cans of paint, etc. Backyard has chicken coop and food waste. Mobile microhousing unit has recently been brought into the backyard.
