Broken stove that has had an electrician come out twice already. The stove is discharging bright electrical sparks and the tenant has a 5 year old. Something is wrong with how the stove is plugged in. I explained our process and how long it could possibly take to get a call from an inspector. This tenant is moving out at the end of this month 2/14.
