Complainant is the landlord of the rental property in question. Tenants have not been making rent payments (for December and January). A 20-day notice to pay or vacate was given to the tenants earlier this month. The tenants responded, saying they've already moved out. Keys were not returned and the complainant believes that the complainants have left belongings behind. Outstanding utility bills as well. Complainant unsure how to proceeded.
