Stove and furnace not working properly in SFR -- the stove operates for about 45 minutes then goes off and stays off for up to 2 days. The gas furnace is hooked up to stove so when the stove's power goes off, the furnace does too. The tenant has been asking the owner to repair the stove since May. The owner finds no problem with the stove because he doesn't wait long enough for the power to go off. The tenant has space heaters in the house.
