Unsafe (?) stair/landing platforms. All platforms/ stairs for second level units are leaning, and the one above our unit is leaning more so than the others. We have an ongoing and gradually worsening pest issue (drain flies) coming from behind our dishwasher, which is not reachable to us. We submitted written repair requests over ten days ago to, at minimum, get the dishwasher out of the way so we could clean whatever nest was back there, and have not heard back from our landlord in writing. We called twice and were told he didn't know when he would be able to come in.
