CSB 26-00213411 I use this street often for easy access to the freeway via Lakeview Blvd., so I am taking a left turn down the hill against uphill and downhill traffic. It wouldn't be a problem if I drove a taller vehicle like an SUV, or pickup. but I don't, I drive a Toyota Camry that is a much lower vehicle. So, I have to pull out into the street to see traffic that's moving downhill, accelerating downhill to be able to see oncoming downhill traffic while at the same time being aware of traff
