Some kind of bacteria growing in unit. Fungal stuff in bathroom, yellow gunk coming out of baseboards, tenant's feet have got infected, It's everywhere in unit, tenant has tried to clean it up and it just gets worse.

Mr. Nickel contacted office requesting a Certificate of Compliance. Upon reviewing the records (Plans for Issued Permit 6272235 and Real Estate photos) it was discovered that remodel was not completed per plans - Garage and living room with large doors between the two spaces and interior large door behind roll up garage door - not shown on approved plans..

Per 10/7/08 online complaint: "Mr. Nickel aquired the property on or about 3/08 he has done MAJOR construction at locat. Turned Carport into living room, changed the plumbing, changed the entire electrical, changed the interior structure.foundation support was rotting,he did a quick fix on that and it is now showing signs of mold"***Construction without permits: remodeled interior, repaired foundation and turned carport into living room. Also electrical & plumbing***
