per online complaint dated on 12/21/2007-"The yard full of debris and the garage (opening covered with blue plastic sheet) over flowing with wood, garbage, junk. there are 3 junk cars in front of garage..... Been like this for over 8 months."

per online complaint dated 10/27/04: "I sent in another complaint earlier with an incorrect address that complaint was incrorrect listed the address as 9239 college way, which does not exist. This is the correct address of the house that has several old rusty, not running cars parked all over the front yard. The mail boxes have been tipped over under the tree for years. It appears no one lives there but the trash does go out once a week or so. I have never seen anyone go in or out of this house
