Per Online; Ballard Realty who manages the building has not provided appropriate notification of construction on the building. This has happened at least three separate occasions. I have had to go without water and go without electricity. This time there is construction on the chimney that I was told by the workers would last a week. This directly impact my unit, is extremely loud, and I was forced to move my car from its parking spot. I was given no notice and no opportunity
