Also, there was a verbal agreement for a rent credit for work he completed on the unit.Recently, he received a 3 Day Notice to Pay or vacate for: Nov 2017, December 2017 and January 2018 in the amount of $3,060 ($1,020 x 3 months).Also, someone delivered a notice for him to contact the owner's lawyer about the balance, but he does not feel it was any type of offici
