Tenants re-signed a 1-year lease agreement in Nov. 2016. Unit has since experienced substantial water damage in which repair work was required (i.e., contractors removed portions of the unit for approximately 1 month). The landlord claimed that further rehabilitation work would be necessary - offered to break the lease. The tenants agreed, and now have questions/concerns about Tenant Relocation Assistance.***See project #6516654?***
