Per online complaint: "They have a bamboo hedge which overhangs the sidewalk especially when it rains. I reported them a while back and they tied the hedge up at that time (with string). But the string has rotted away and the hedge is back to hanging over the sidewalk."

Per online complaint "Owner has bamboo overhanging sidewalk. Especially nasty when wet and droops even more into sidewalk." I called complainant she stated pedestrians have to walk into busy street the bamboo hits people in the face.
