Per Online;Hot water lasts for less than a minute before it turns extremely cold. I haven't received a mail key in over a month, and I have highway tolls that I need to pay, that I receive through the mail. I've called and emailed landlord multiple times and received nothing. I saw a roach come into my apartment through a 1/2 inch in-diameter hole in my ceiling. My dishwasher is improperly fastened and slides around my kitchen floor and is in danger of becoming unfaste

Per online: Apts called Tamarind. Three buildings 917, 921 and 927 on N 96th St. Giant trash pile on back side of building closest to 917 in parking lot. This pile has grown month by month with no removal of debris. Old broken furniture, boxes, electronics, etc.
