Reasonable accommodations are being denied. I have been advising my landlord prior to time of lease (January 2021) that I was severely allergic to cats. Landlord ensured that the premises would be free and clear of pet dander. On move-in day, the unit was not cleaned and the landlord only offered a $100 credit to "spot clean".
