Caller says that they are repairing and spray painting cars from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am. They are working under a carport, in the driveway and on the street. She has a lot of fumes coming into her house from the paint and solvents. Caller wants this to be STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL as she is afraid of these neighbors.
