There are several occupants at this residence that often loiter outside between several vehicles (2 silver minivans, blue sedan, and black truck). Some of the vehicles are operable, others are on 3 wheels. They leave bags of trash on the sidewalk and the roundabout. There are frequent loud agreement in the middle of night. More egregiously, it appears that one male is a low level drug dealer (black truck) and one male on a bicycle is always high nodding off on the sidewalk.
