I noticed construction activity, so I checked it out and posted a stop-work:*Contractor: Joel Donnelly 206.229.8409*Advised to acquire permit to "Establish new dwelling space and construct master suite(?) in attic/dormer space of existing SFR, per plan".*Contractor alleges that there was some sort of dwelling space in the attic space prior to construction because there were/is some fir flooring up there now (not uncommon in vintage attic storage areas).
