Tenant advised to contact SFD but also wants to make complaint and have housing inspection.Also wants rights guidance.Electrician details: dangerous wiring in attic. Knob and tube buried in insulation; open air splices; automotive 12 volt connectors used on 120 volt wiring; undersize 16AWG wiring tapped; fire hazard; owner has no intention of correcting issues.
