Per online complaint dated on 3/7/2006-"Overflowing dumpster on lot has been overflowing for at least 6 months with both construction and household debris. Dumpster is beginning to smell. Furnature and debris has been dumped in the yard. House does not appear to be restored to livable conditions but several people are living there. Uncertain if residents have owners permission to be there, may be transients. No garbage service is seen at the home although there are several occupants. "
