PER 12/8/16 ONLINE COMPLAINT: "Their heat pump/air conditioner outside is installed too close to my property line (does not even have a foot clearance) and it is producing too much noise, that is making us unable to sleep esp at night. this looks like a newly installed heat pump, probably only for a few months." 11/1/2016
