Tenant at 940 29th avenue has constructed a backyard "shed". The "shed" is two stories high and very large. Tenant began digging to run electrical to shed. No construction or electrical permits on file for 940 29th ave. Tenant will not allow SDCI on property. Inspector can come to 939 30th Avenue to view structure and construction work.
