The owner of our apartment building has a couple of contractors doing extensive work however, they seem to be lacking in safety skills creating a hazard. Like erecting 4 floors of scaffolding, wearing no harness equipment while erecting it or while working, and then using it like its gym equipment doing a version of "dips". They do things like shout, "Look out below" and then drop boards and other materials from 4 floors even though we have a deaf couple in the buildin

On the first floor, unit #105 is built on the middle of the hallway. It's possible that electricity, water and the gas permits were not approved. It applies same as unit # 106. Immediate inspections are required on the both units because their are small children and pets live there.

At apartment #103 they are believed to be doing construction without the permits. Also, they are making lots of noise at nights.

Most of the units. especially, first floor including apartment # 104 are illegal units. - kitchen, bathroom, and the room is illegally converted. The whole first floor is illegally converted too. It use to be a gym, laundry room and ect. I know this place is labeled along time ago as an illegal unit.
