Elevator service, previously out of for months, was restored recently. However since the Emergency order placard being taken down the elevator has broken twice. The second time this morning. Whatever "fix" they performed, the same issue seems to be persisting.

Elevator is repeatedly breaking again, very shortly after it was finally "fixed".We are aware that they were waiting on a circuit board from a previous conversation with an elevator inspector. Upon making a complaint to the city after 5 months without an elevator, they fixed it within a week. However, the same exact issue has begun happening again; elevator breaks repeatedly. It's very quickly and easily fixed but breaks again a few days later.

The Elevator has been out of order for months. It has an emergency work order placard on the door already. They told us they were waiting on a part in January. My dad is disabled and visited this week and struggled with the stairs.

The elevator in this apartment building hasnt worked since December 27th. "The Foundation Group" the property management company, has regularly failed to meet its obligations regarding the elevator.

HOUSING--per phone call--apartment has flooded twice and the repair was done and the hole was patched up. It flooded again, this time reaching the 1st & 2nd floors & basement. Has not been fixed. Complainant lives on 3rd floor
