Landlord/owner refusing to refund owed portion of security deposit ($305) and claiming I owe $195. They do not have original copy of lease, which identifies $500 security deposit I made. They do not have copies of any previous documents from any previous owners. I lived there 6 years and the building changed hands many times. I am asking for copies of my original lease, checklist provided to me at move-in, etc per relevant RCWs and they are refusing to provide me with these documents. I provide
