This structure is being erected on our our street and was to be 3 stories. There are additional structures on the roof and it will have a deck on top. It is towering over the other houses on our quiet residential street. The developer also allowed the former property to go unoccupied for close to a year and the house became a squatter situation with fires and thefts in neighboring residence ensuing. It appears the concrete parking pad is not set-back appropriately from the alley and instead meets it at a 6+ inch elevation delta (it's higher than the alley). This elevation difference will likely result in the developer raising the alley height by more than 6 inches. On another project this developer worked on (1900 S Bush Pl) backing to the same alley, the alley was excavated by more than 1 ft to align it with their parking space.
