Water has been shut off for at least a week due to nonpayment. New owner of the property is trying to force tenant out so his son can move in. The electricity is being shut off and turned back on, tenant believes owner is turning it off and on at the box.

8/28/09 ej- Inspection shows outdoor junk storage such as but not limited to inoperable vehicles, couches, creates, appliances and other miscellanous items. More than three vehicles not parked in enclosed area. Multiple housing code violations such as but not limited to non grounded outlets, unapproved wiring, missing vent covers and other miscellaneous items. Illegal kitchen in the basement of the house.

Illegal unit. I spoke to complainant/tenant. Per our conversation there are two separate kitchens and complainant has access to both of them. Exposed electrical wiring also. Please call complainant to set up time she will allow access to ener.
