The owner of 9419 Olson PL SW appears to have renters moving into his home. I checked the Rental House registration page and his house is not registered. He previously rented his house out from 2016 until 2021 and I show no record that it was registered during this time either.

Owner created an ADU w/o permits, with one unit that he lives in front of the house, the ADU is in the rear (complainant said he put up an interior wall to divide the house into two separate areas, and possibly put in a second bathroom w/o permits). Also, there is an RV in the rear that the owner may be renting to someone that is parked under an enclosure w/ electricity and boot legged sewer hookup.
