5.5 ft tall rockery wall built without a permit on the west property line of 942 N 81st Street.My neighbor's rock wall failed in February of this year and they had it rebuilt in July without a permit. I'm concerned that this wall wasn't built to code and that it will fail again at some point. The wall they had built has also left an 18" tall section at the top where no wall was built. This is along the property line and I'm concerned that my yard will continue to slide into their yard unles
