Per Online;I have submit multiple maintenance requests for my dryer to get fixed. The first time they fixed it, it worked for a couple weeks and broke again. After I submit another ticket, I have not heard from them, and the dryer is still broken. This is an amenity of the building and they have ignored fixing this issue.

Building owner had new parking lines painted for tenants and undersized a few spots. Space between lines is less than 7.5 feet required for small cars, in violation of municipal code 23.54.030

Redside Partners manages the apartment building where I live. The noise level from ongoing construction on the outside of the building is loud enough to cause pain while I'm inside my apartment.
