This company has not followed through on communication for months of our tenancy. In addition to this, we are attempting to dispute charges presented to us and continue to not respond. Their lack of communication is disrupting our process and was additionally disruptive to our tenancy there.

Our maintenance team has failed to work on maintenance requests regarding flooding in my bathroom. After reporting it on the 1st, the online portal states that our request was assigned on the 2nd of this month. I have not seen or heard from maintenance during this process, and have called their hotline twice and sent one more email today regarding the issues.

They are doing loud construction on the corner of Lake City Way NE and NE 95th St late into the night. Currently at 10:49pm. It can be heard loudly from many nearby residences.

Landlord not giving enough notice to enter. Sent text message 24 hrs prior to enter. Also, steep increase in rent this summer. I've paid the higher rent, but my dispute has been ignored. I feel this increase is not in compliance with Seattle law.
