PER EMAIL Q&A: On my lease, I waived the right for my lease to roll over in to a month-to-month contract at its end. However, if my landlord accepts rent payment for the month directly after the last month of my lease, does it override the initials I put on my lease that waived my right to roll over in to month-to-month contract? Ex. l sign a lease for May 1st 2017 - April 30th 2018. Lease ends april 30th 2018, but I submit rent payment on may 1st 2018 and my landlord accepts the money. What is
