per online: Construction or mechanical equipment noise Starting work before 7am, in particular today unloading sheet rock with some sort of diesel crane. I am woken up before before 7 semi-regularly by the noise here. Also, they are consistently hitting phone/cable lines with the crane while unloading.

Per online complaint- Framing crew sometimes work outside allowable hours (e.g. before 7am weekdays and 9am weekends) I believe you have a previous complaint by others re: this issue. Framing crew is placing their scraps against our fence which has caused damage to our fence boards, etc. call for more info if req'd.
