The owner of this property is using the property for commercial purposes and causing several issues. These are LR1 zoned properties which they are using the garages on both properties and part of the housing for a window installation business this includes storing inventory. They also have a showroom or something on Roxbury but I am not sure if that is allowed in the zoning. The large delivery trucks have hit cable and telecom lines and caused the lines to end up in my driveway multiple times.
