Reported to Ecology - Yesterday I witnessed at 949 N. 80th Street construction excavation piping which I believe could be hazardous waste. This waste could pose a risk to workers at the site, pedestrians and neighbors. I request that this waste be either properly removed and disposed of (assuming it contains PCBs/Asbestos) or appropriate testing be done to confirm it is not hazardous. Additionally, the potential waste should be properly quarantined on site until remedial action is taken.
