This place is uninhabitable. No heat on the lower level, holes in the walls, floors have mold and rat infestation. I'm in the process of moving at my own expense because the landlord refuses to address any of the may issues with the property.

This house has an extensive mold problem, and did when moved in, of which I was not made aware. The downstairs portion of the unit was advertised and leased as an office, when it lacks heat or water of any kind and is where there was single sheet of plywood separating a the space from the outside (specifically under the deck) where moisture was able to enter and cause the mold issues.
