Continued noise violation and inhabitability due to construction. Owner is building a unit in the basement below mine, which has involved weeks of demolition work during which my unit is nearly unliveable. Shaking and pounding through the floors, shaking objects off my desk, requiring ear protection to be in my apartment during the day.
