Per ltr from US mail. Is electrical, plumbing and construction of basement retaining walls per permit 6383249? See attached letter. Owner has repaired the 220 main electrical main that is hanging donw from the outside of the house. This has been evident for over a year and we reported this during the summer. We believe this is a fire hazard. (view from alley?)

Per online complaint: "There is a construction project underway at this address under permit number 6383249. I believe there is also electrical work being performed (and possibly plumbing work) which has not been permitted as far as I can tell."2nd complaint via us mail: needs electrical permit (owner repaired 220 main electrical main that is hanging down from the house). SS work w/o permits (2 wks ago). new basement retaining walls.
