According to neighbors, the owner has a history of animal nuisance complaints. Now there is a loud turkey and a large pig housed there. The animals are cared for, but there does not appear to be anyone living at the property. I might be wrong about that last part.

Per online complaint: "The owner of this property constructed a large, shed in the front yard right next to the sidewalk in the past week. It is an eyesore, and given it is so close to the sidewalk and street property line I cannot believe it was permitted. I believe it is a violation of setback requirements."
